He was made in the 1970s into the crew of Olympio 'Lilo' Garofalo.

Always wondered whos crew he was in pre Gotti reign. Hes an interesting figure but all information seems post Gotti reign. Does anyone know whos crew he was in before and when he was made?

Through the '80's to about 2008 extorted restaurants and supermarket chains for protection and forced the businesses to place orders (Poland Spring, Pellegrino, Perrier, Crystal Geyser etc) with Gambino-owned suppliers. Geyser had him receiving health benefits and a yearly salary of $71,000.. he was behind Junior Gotti getting a distribution route = big $$
