Early photo of Richard (l) and John 'Jonny Spits' Spizzirri (r) 1970s. Both were due paying members at Marco D'Amico's SAC social club on Chicago's west side according to a good source and were in a loose crew consisting of Salvatore Ignoffo, Frank Catapano, Joe Caccamo and others. Both were later indicted in the early 1990s with Marco D'Amico's crew.

I'm told 'Jonny Spits' was very close with Anthony Chiaramonte and they owned several businesses together.

Great reminder on how brutal some of these Outfit guys were - you don't read shit like this one very often. Also so many of these guys paid to dodge the draft in WW2.


Note for those who follow the Outfit Facebook group that includes a grand nephew of Gussie Alex - he identified the third figure in that infamous photo of Gussie shaking hands with Sam Carlisi in the early 1990s. The third figure was James 'Jimmy' Alex, the younger brother of Gussie.

I will make a promise to everyone on here. I will stop with the clothing discussion so this thread can continue to provide valuable information for all members. I'm doing this out of respect for all of you as I've said enough and need to leave it alone from this point forward. Not my best suit I'm gonna make sure that they look presentable and that I smell good and my hair is done and I'm clean-shaven. If I do have facial hair I hope to God that they would maintain it and keep it nicely trimmed. It's not that difficult to take care of yourself unless you're a fucking bum.
