I was there last year and Bloomfield (Little Italy) had only a handful of Italian stores and restaurants left. They did have a big sign welcome to little Italy sign. The last two old school places that were left were Pleasure Bar and Lombardozzi. Lombardozzi was temporarily closed last year and looks like it still is unfortunately. Try Pleasure Bar. I think some mafia guys use to hang out there. It’s been open since 1941

Good as dead. Dels on Liberty Ave. was last in my opinion. Italian grocery Donatellis on Liberty is about to close but somewhat authentic.
