That’s interesting because as recently as 10 years ago, the Feds seemed to think he was still alive. One of Matthews biggest clients was big time Baltimore drug dealer Shorty Buise. Buise died in ‘13 and the Feds made an appearance at the funeral—either hoping to catch Matthews paying his respects, or to get info on his whereabouts. At the time they were still offering reward money for his capture.
