I think you are talking about Lance marino younger brother to colombo made man craig marino. Lance worked in the pump and dump stock schemes back in the 90's. No relation to the persicos as far as I know, the driver of the car was the grandson of Gil Hodges former NY Met.

Why would that change anything? He's not looking at a crazy long time and it's not like the Colombos are opposed to having a Boss imprisoned.

Think it's perfectly safe to assume Teddy is Boss until we hear something that says otherwise and someone on the street is AB for him or a panel.
