Well like I pointed out…. Mancuso shelved all those guys bc he didn’t want them to overtake the family.
It’s basically the whole “other side “ of the Bonanno fam…. So it’s not like these guys were shelved on year then another a different time…. He shelved them all at once. Basically eliminating his rival faction that was in power at the time AND beat there trial that no one thought they would.
And obviously as many ppl have pointed out in the past the west side changes leadership positions and ppl all the time
