Like I said in the same thread furio started on GBB, other bosses like Raymond Patriarca, Carlos Marcello, and Anthony Giordano also had interests but I'm not sure how much. I don't think any of the California families ever had any involvement.
The figures garnered by illegal FBI wiretaps in the 1960's (later revealed in Life Magazine) showed the amount of money. It was going to key people and we have to account for inflation. For example, $50,000 in 1965 would be somewhere between $350-400k in today's money. The $40-60k received by the Cleveland family in the 1970's and early 1980's would be anywhere from $115-175k today. Lonardo's end - as much as $10,000 a month - would be nearly $30,000 in today's money. Or about $350,000 over a year going to him. It may not be the fantasy "Don Corleone money" we see in The Godfather but I don't think it's anything to sniff at.
