I’m guessing 50 & under are known as “kids” in the life. A guy gets made before 35 years old and that’s young in todays day and age. They aren’t making guys at 19-25 years old anymore, or at least not that we know of

That's probably the case but Cefalu hasn't been confirmed as the official boss

Not 100% sure. Capeci didn't mention his rank when he wrote about Riccardo Cefalu but did mention that Riccardo had been a member of Acquista's crew. You could take that as Dominic not being a captain anymore or just simply he's captain of another crew.
I could have sworn in that big piece he did on Riccardo he said he was in Contes crew
