The first handful of episodes he did were simple, yet promising. I thought, here's a guy, not connected, on the fringes at best, but he seems real, forthright about his failings, it's not going to be informative, but still interesting, and then... wham, it all went to total dogshit in a hurry.

There's like this weird cottage industry of degenerate orbiters that have popped up around the Mob Rat scene - these guys make friends with one or two of the more popular/real first-hand-info content creators, and then they themselves "create" content that is nothing more than simply talking about the actual first hand content one of the rats made, or content that is nothing more than trashing another one of the similar off-brand content creators
that are in the same situation as them.

Guys like FBS, Gunsmoke, etc. - they just make videos talking shit about OTHER people making the same type of videos, or they make videos that summarize one of the videos that Calandra put out a few hours before. You have the inner ring content creators, guys like Calandra, Pennisi, Sammy, etc. and then there's this funny ass second and third ring of people like Canarsie, FBS, there's tons of them. At least the kids like OC Shorts and Nadu try to do historical / true crime summary videos. I don't think I've seen one FBS video where he's not talking shit about another YouTuber

It's very strange, but honestly I find some of it pretty funny. The guy Mob Rats Exposed can be hilarious sometimes. Gotta give it to Canarsie though - he really was the trailblazer and the first to really "make a name" for himself by doing this. Look how many other channels there are of guys doing the same exact thing... although no one takes the groupie'ness up to the level that Canarsie has. Anyway, kudos to him... punching a clock sucks... I get it. If he's able to make a living for himself doing this shit, god bless him.

Someone suggested listening to this episode because he said Nick Terranova came up with the idea of the Commission. I started listening for ten minutes, which was more than I could handle. This guy uses the f-bomb so much that his show would have been cut down to 30 minutes if he didn't say it. That's ten minutes I'll never get back (plus writing about it here).
