Looks like it's some of the same people from before, with similar charges, except earlier they came in the form of a criminal complaint and this is an indictment.

I thought the other one was south florida or something. So what Jersey charged him for the same thing again?

I have Champva benefits. It is the most archaic form of health benefits in existence in this country. You still have to file claim(s) by mail. I can see why its easily manipulated and a tool for fraudsters. It's used for veterans and their families, primarily, only. So I mean cmon now....
