Doesn’t Romano have a felony conviction? If so, did Borello get special permission to communicate etc with him to work on the book?

The context was the same. If he was a gang banger in a non Italian criminal organization do I think he would have been released? Absolutely I do.
I think bc he's Italian and he is associated with the mafia (which is not a crime to be apart of that group by the way) then no one gives a shit whether not he's innocent of this crime. Yes he might of been in the mob, but if you look at the facts of this case and the person himself who was young when he went away and didn't have a violent offender record previously you would see my point you num nuts. I know ppl like you are ashamed where you come from and hate any Italian who has ever been accused of a crime that has been discussed on here but I believe in looking at the evidence and facts of the case.

Spataro should be released. With all these people including former law enforcement advocating for his release there is clear things wrong here. Someone convince me that it's not because his name ends in a vowel. With all the support he has if it wasn't Spataro be would be released and probably with some press too
