Procopio is ALWAYS on or near that corner of Oregon Ave that Oregon Steaks is at (Corner of 10th & Oregon) , Someone please correct me if I am wrong but doesn’t he own or silently owns or is at least a partner/Silent partner in Oregon Steaks? That’s what I was always under the impression of. I see Sonny’s oldest Son at Oregon Steaks a lot as well.
I met Procopio once last December 2023 at Cheerleaders Strip Club, was there with a broad after a Sixers game Courtside visiting South Philly friends from the Jersey Shore, decent guy. More of a Professional Gambler than a wiseguy , was jammed up in the Borgata bookmaking bust years ago and he had to fight tooth and nail to be allowed back into the casinos in AC because he is mainly a professional poker player. I believe he won and is off the NJ Casinos Blacklist. I have also seen him in Live! Casino in South Philly as well as Goggs. Goggs is a character , he’s more like the court jester than a wiseguy. The government is really reaching here calling Goggs and Vinnie Wiseguys….
