if they had a case against Camuso they would of brought it years ago when the district attorney's first mentioned Camusos name. The thing that attracts them to construction unlike loansharking is usually you don't have to put up your own money to compound it. That is why it makes more appealing then they traditional bookmaking and loansharking. Plus they price of materials lately and the rising costs to transport it, fughetaboutit!
Just imagine what the Westside is doing at the Ports
Their port container / consulting business must be absolutely booming.
Shoot in chaos port times like today , they could actually help keep order / service at the port. Well that’s what their lawyers will say lol . Would love to know all the power moves Barney is pulling off right now
idk alot about the ports, but I know construction and I know whatever indictment they bring won't stop what they're charged with. If these GCs and subcontractors are willingly on the take there is probably a dozen more that they don't know about. For every one GC that Is "connected" there is probably half dozen or more six subcontractors "connected" as well. Imo there is dozens of subs "connected." Then if they get their materials or transpo from a "connected" supplier then the whole job is basically run by them imo. And with commodity costs rising it will be easier hide those inflated charges. Not to mention if you eliminate or say shut down any sub from doing their work you shut the whole job down. Now you shut sub down you can get back charged and it goes on and on from there imo
