im not up on how indictments and other evidence that is considered public is obtained.. are any of his tapes or transcripts from his wires released? also its rumored that his tapes are still being used in cases being built. obviously those wont be released but any leaks about who and what. i find that whole lunch in nj interesting. wouldve liked to have been a fly on the wall but hopefully transcripts are out
