At this point I don't think it's happening. They more or less got away with those murders - and that's it. It may sound stupid ,but that's what I think about it anyway.
At this point, what's the benefit in devoting more time, money, energy, and resources to hit the Philly guys again? For what? I know they blow things up for headlines (i.e. look how hard they went after some of the lower tier guys on the Amato Staten Island case) - but in Philly, just in the past few years, they got that weird looking guy with the ears from Jersey jammed up with the drugs, and they just got the big indictment which exposed the administration and threw a wrench into the whole family. If they had any real solid leads on those murders, it would have happened already. The biggest shot they had at any of those old murders was when they had Nicodemo in 2012-2013 - and the result of that is literally just one guy off the street doing time for one murder.
