I believe he was the brother of Frank’s father but I may be misremembering

Whenever I hear about the Castellano hit, they say Joe Armone was involved to placate the "old timers" and that he could speak for them. My question is does anyone have any info on these other captains, such as Joe Arcuri or Mario Traina and so on?...
