3. After Salvatore Giancana was murdered "Louie Dome" has control of Frank Sinatra.
4. Leonetti and his uncle Nicodemo met Burt Young in New York at a hotel. Scarfo told Burt Young he can help him if he needs anything in Atlantic City but he replied "I am with Tony "Ducks" Corallo. Also on wikipedia I read the statement that when Vincent Di Napoli was in jail Burt Young ran his restaurant.
5. When they were making "Once Upon a Time in America" Robert Deniro asked Jerry Blavat to sent a message to Nicodemo Scarfo to arrange a meeting with Meyer Lansky but Scarfo refused.
6. James Cann was associate of Anthony Accetturo.
7. Husband of Talia Shire is associate of one New York family. When Vincent Teresa was going to come on TV in New York he informed Cosa Nostra about this.

There are many actors with mob connections in their pasts or current.

On the way to fame: Dino preformed at Joe DiCarlo's Jungle Inn near Hubbard,Ohio. Allan May's "Welcome to the Jungle Inn" is an interesting read.

Frank Pellegrino (Sopranos FBI agent and many others) co owner of Rao's in Harlem connected to several guys from several families.

Mickey Rourke- John Gotti, used to meet him at Sonkens restaurant in South Florida.

Anthony Quinn- Gotti & Dellacroce. Ironically playing Dellacroce in the HBO Gotti movie.

Both Thomas Hunt and Michael A. Tona are excellent top notch researchers. Tom Hunt may be the best. I´d love to see him post on here but that will probably never happen. He´s too busy doing other stuff. Antiliar is tight with him, so I´m sure he can confirm. That Buffalomob.com site is very well researched. My guess is that Damone, (just like you said) when writing that book, changed DiCarlo´s name into Johnny D´Angelo, to protect his former fiancée.

Hi HK, in the book that's what Damone says. He also refers to Buffalo as D'Angelo's town. Maybe he has to change things up so he doesn't give away the real truth. That's what makes it tricky. Maybe he is the man you mentioned. So it's why I'm asking who is this D'Angelo man?

Are you sure this D´Angelo controlled upstate NY, Buffalo, and Ohio? If he actually was a NY City guy, it could be John Angelone, a Gambino captain based in the Bronx and who died in 1979. I think one of his AKA´s was Johnny D´Angelo.

I was reading Vic Damone's book, who in case you don't know who he is, he's more of a singer than an actor. He said that he was engaged to Johnny D'Angelo's daughter. Who is Johnny D'Angelo? That's not his real name. Damone said he was a boss of some sort who controlled upstate NY, Buffalo, and Ohio.

Jimmy Blue Eyes had to represent Damone in a sit down with the Luciano crew back in the late 40's to decide his fate. Frank Costello decided if Damone got to live or die lol. Here's the story: Damone left his fiancé at home with his mother in Brooklyn while he went to the market. Damone's mother decided to show the fiancé a few Italian dishes that Damone liked. The fiancé told Damone's mother that she doesn't cook for anyone. She also called Damone's mother a bitch. Vic Damone heard her say this to his mother as he was entering the house coming back from shopping. He called their engagement off due to the disrespect his fiancé showed his mother. His fiancé refused to apologize to Damone's mother. Mr. D'Angelo was very upset when he was told about the break up. D'Angelo said his daughter is just a kid who meant no harm. He tried to throw Damone out a hotel window but the manager tackled D'Angelo allowing Damone to get away.

So who is Johnny D'Angelo?

The only person I read about who may be him is Giuseppe Di Carlo. Does anyone know?

Interesting but allot of incorrect info in there. Calling Joseph “Joe Pitts” Conigliaro a Decav Capo is incorrect I believe he was an Gambino guy and the guy who Shot him by accident was Jimmy Gallo Devac soldier who eventually killed the intended target when he got out of jail. Was Tried multiple times and walked. Also Costello wasn't an Irish mob boss but we all know that.....
