This kid is obviously from Chicago given his username, and clearly has some sort of personal heat with the Sarno clan. You won’t find many with bad stuff to say about Sarno, save for the people who he fucked over/extorted/stepped on

And to quickly address your point about why the supposed boss, Sarno, would be kicking up toDiFronzo, the general idea is that DiFronzo held the consigliere , or what some would call the “chairman of the board “position. This is the same role Accardo was speculated to have in the 70s/80s.

There are many sources over the years that potentially indicate that in terms of the actual chain of command, the outfit was a bit unique, and that consigliere, or chairman of the board, may have actually been the top of the food chain. What we would refer to as “the boss” still had autonomy to run the organization as needed, but likely had to get approval on key things (making guys, killing made
Guys) , from the chairman.

So Sarno= boss
DiFronzo= chairman

If you would like to see an actual, well researched layout of a possible succession of bosses in the 1990s and on, snakes has put that exact thing together, complete with plenty of backup. I’m not great at using this site, so someone else hopefully can post it here for easy access. It may provide you some insight.
