it definitely is enough...they dont play around today, if something is recorded somewhere whether digitally text, internet whatever, your done. not crime of the century but his kawyer will have some work to do...violate his parole depends on who makes the decision and their relationship
Yeah I think Capeci getting the girlfriend to say on record that neither one of them actually felt threatened and that her ex just wants Gene to go to jail because “Gene’s my ex and my boyfriend obviously doesn’t like him” may be his ace in the hole.
I gotta say the boyfriend has to feel a way about how this girl portrayed him in the article. Kinda made him seem like a chump.
