It certainly has been odd because Capeci was told by sources during 2020 that “it’s only a matter of time” in regards to an indictment charging Mikey DeSantis
I’m sure he’s had a good run but interestingly enough, Pennisi was supposed to testify against him but now he claims that he has zero interest in testifying (that’s certainly increased his longevity on the street) but even with that being said, it’s been 6 years since Pennisi flipped but they still haven’t been able to indict him
