Didn't joe bilotti (Tommy's brother) ko Robert Pate or was it John? Also I read that corky vastola of the decavalcantes was good with his hands. And I can't remember where I read it but Paul castellano slapped or punched another member when he was in prison after appalachin because the other member was crying or moaning about being pinched.

Listen if you're a street guy your whole life your going to lose a couple fights along the way. Shit happens it doesn't make you any less of a man but its your response that people will watch for. If its a made guy and you're not you gotta take it in stride.

You're not even supposed to touch made guys sons. As an aside, I had heard Sal Spatola was made into the Gambino's in the late 70's when his uncle Joe was going away because there was a lineup of guys looking to bust his head. He had not long before gotten an ashtray bashed over his head and needed to be protected while his uncle was away.
