According to Kenji Gallo Tommy’s brother Joe was a made member. Not sure if this is the same person that Scott Burnstein mentioned met George Borgesi in Florida.

Take over a the acting boss of the Gambinos? I don’t think so. Maybe in his head or in Paul’s head but not in reality. No way that would happen.

I seem to remember an article that mentioned a nephew of Bilotti but I believe the kid was an associate. It is vague however. I’m sure other posters might have some information. I don’t recall any of his kids being made. I do remember hearing one of Tommy’s daughters being special needs and I’m sure losing her father so violently was hard on her.
