My favourite one is Neil Dellacroce talking to
Ruggiero.

"Cosa Nostra means that boss is your boss"

Not a wiretap but an announcment to the media from John Mirabile, a 400 pounder Bonanno member, who was in home confinement and who had his bid to join a gym refused by federal judge Nicholas Garaufis with the words "Get some videotapes." Mirabile said outside the court "I’m an expert at the remote control. I wake up in the morning and try to diet, but it just doesn’t pan out by the end of the night.”

I could be wrong, but no, I'm pretty sure this wasn't wired up. It's from when Glick thought he was going to a friendly business meeting with a pillar of the community from Kansas City.

Glick never wore a wire as far as I know. He just went along with everything until they came after him and then he immediately folded just like they show in Casino.

And yes that quote is some Nicky Scarfo-level eloquence.
It's too bad it's not on wiretap, because I'd have it as my ringtone.

Great quote but it's from Allen Glick's recounting of the event, not a wiretap.
Dammit. That wasn't included with Gary Jenkins' tapes? Seem to recall it was but maybe I confused it with something else. Anyhow, I'm sure you're right. Funny story thought.

Where was the “we dint break our captains...” line picked up on a wire? What’s the full story of it?
If I remember right, Cookie D'Urso recorded Genovese soldier Joseph Zito quoting Chin saying that.

Unless I'm overlooking something, I think the only time Chin was caught on tape was when he was kissing his wife goodbye over the phone.
-a lot of tapes of him speaking normally
-tapes would be played in his trial in 2003
-he pleaded guilty to stop that
-extra 3 years prison sentence
If I'm recalling correctly though, all those recordings came from phone calls he made in prison. Specifically a bunch were from 9/11 when he called family back in NYC and of course confirmed to anyone listening that he wasn't the drooling retard that he portrayed himself as, which as you said ended up in another case against him for obstruction of justice. I don't think he was ever caught on wiretap when he was on the street.
There is one phone tap where he asks his wife if she needed him to bring anything home. Can’t remember which documentary it’s on

I can’t remember the whole conversation but it was a wiretap between Angelo Ruggiero and Gene Gotti regarding Gotti’s gambling pissing away their profits. Angelo says something to the effects of “Did you hear what that asshole did? Gene Gotti responds, “what asshole?” And Angelo says “You know the guy your mother shit out” 😂. I thought that was just hilarious

I do remember one of those prison conversations. I think he was talking to Andrew and asked if any kids had been hurt in the 9/11 attacks.

But I don't recall off the top of my head any conversations while he was on the street. Coffey did catch Chin ducking into a a car in his robe, followed the car to another location, and saw Chin get out wearing a nice suit.

Wow. Fascinating. Source? Would love to know more.
He starts talking about his relationship with Fritzy and ultimately meeting with Chin at the 3:00 mark. “Chin told me straight up that he didn’t like Junior, and that if I wanted to come be with him, he could make that happen”

That’s correct, it was picked up on a wire by guys just retelling a chin story

I think it was about a captain in another family who committed some infraction and they said they were gonna put him on the shelf ...and that was chin’s response lol
