He's still pretty plugged in with lawyers. Has a nice pipeline into the top defense lawyers in NY who work LCN cases. Except those lawyers are chasing the same dollar just as hard as the wise guys they're representing; theres just not that many cases anymore.
Seems to be that the big problem now is just the proliferation of the internet in general... these rats can simply create their own platform, control the narrative, cultivate their own audience, and ideally make a couple dollars in the process. Opposed to having to go to and through Capeci to get their voices heard, like they did 20 years ago.
It's a shame but GangLand is getting hit with the same punches that just about every other industry has. Direct to consumer, no gatekeepers.
Me? I'll still look forward to GangLand until it's done. But I do love we can get constant info from these rats instead of having to wait for weekly tidbits
