Does anyone know who the person is that went with him is? It seems to be the only other person that could have given info.
Hmm after reading the article this is kind of strange... I’m the fbi files section of the pennisi testimony.. he speaks of trying to go on a mission to assault someone but he says he was with joe perna, not John... but he also said that perna had a slap jack.. the same weapon mentioned in the article..... is it possible that pennisi either did it with John, or went on an attempt that didn’t pan out, and that he just got Joe and John confused while being asked questions????? I dunno to me it just seems odd especially since Joe isn’t violent at all.... so pennisi talking about how joe had a slap jack and was trying to assault someone doesn’t really add up... and if it was pennisi that would make sense considering he flipped...
And I was assuming they meant “black jack” not a “slap jack”, but it’s referred to as the latter in both the article and the testimony.. and I the testimony pennisi describes it as like a baton with a section of spring ... which I actually own one.. weird..
