Schiro was italian. Petti was the one that was Greek

Just to be clear I mean Albanian as in Sicilian Albanesi/Arbereshe (i.e. Palazzo Adriano and Piana degli Albanesi, Palermo). Maybe you're thinking of Chris Petti, another of Spilotro 's boys who wasn't made because he was Greek (birthname Poulos)?

Yeah could been Albanian but I vaguely remember reading that he wasn't made because he wasn't Italian.

I haven't looked at Paulie Schiro's genealogy but Schiro is a distinctly Sicilian surname of course. Actually from the Albanian minority there.

So, hes been locked up for more than half his sentence and he was acquitted of his most serious charge of murder by a jury... and now he has a good percentage of time left he can die in jail... I bet if he wasnt italian it would be a different, just my opinion, not a fact.
