I think he is a throw back ti when most guys just viewed it as a cost of doing business. Now you hear guys are so scared of being violated they move away or take more dramatic measures to avoid being caught.

More of a Professional Gambler than a wiseguy , was jammed up in the Borgata bookmaking bust years ago and he had to fight tooth and nail to be allowed back into the casinos in AC because he is mainly a professional poker player. I believe he won and is off the NJ Casinos Blacklist. I have also seen him in Live! Casino in South Philly as well as Goggs. Goggs is a character , he’s more like the court jester than a wiseguy. The government is really reaching here calling Goggs and Vinnie Wiseguys….

They rely on the Borgota bust as a tie to OC. It’s tenuous at best. I’ve grown up in this area my whole life and couldn’t pick him out of a lineup.

Wasn't mouse the only one who was convicted in the ligambi / borgesi trial ??? They got off but Mousie didn't??

Yes of course, guys like him are easy pickens for a violation. He was almost guaranteed to violate.

Procopio is an associate that was caught up in that Borgata gambling bust back in 2007.

And I’ve heard of Frangipiani but who is Procopio?

If he meets with anyone they’re going to throw his ass back inside. I doubt he’s a major player going forward, but that’s me.
