It actually costs less for these guys to be out of prison on home confinement than sitting in prison. Not advocating for this guy just making a comment. (However Joseph DiNapoli is a different story...no reason not to have home confinement for an illegal gambling charge...but I won't harp on that...)
From chin’s other thread, from the John Pennisi testimony;
“He [Matthew Madonna] said that we were -- as a member of the Family, I was never to go after or try to date anybody's wife or another member's wife or girlfriend, for that matter; that I was not to put my hands on any other member, but if they put their hands on me, just kill them and we would sort it out afterwards.”
So Madonna and DiNapoli are of course in the same Luchesse admin. They’re non fussed about killing people for whatever misdemeanour they sit fit. Yet you are suggesting they release DiNapoli, an old man on a gambling charge.
This is a prime example as to why you come across as a crack pot.
Why are all the broads on these forums mental? Tag, that Ann who used to back and forth with Louie in the early 2000s, I’m sure there’s a few others.
What does hearsay from a rat have to do with the gambling charge? She presents a decent argument and you get offended and talk about "crazy broads" on the forum and go off on a tangent. Female issues? WOW. smh.
If I come across as offended then you’ve misread the tone. I’ve just read what I wrote about 15 times because I’m a nice guy and always value other people’s opinion but I’m struggling to see where you’ve misread that. Maybe the last paragraph I could’ve added some trailing dots... for wistful effect. But there were certainly no exclamation marks, so it looks like you’ve made a big mistake there.
But let’s, for a laugh, take your response apart...
We have a lady here who spends a disproportionate amount of time fighting, including writing blogs and crawling over legal documents, proclaiming the innocence of murderers and criminals based on those who only are part of a certain Italian American subculture.
Are you honestly, hand on heart, telling me that is not weird? If you don’t think that’s weird then you must be about 12. In fact you might be because you use terms like “WOW” like an effeminate coffee table psychologist fag. Which only got worse with the teenage internet three letter acronym you subsequently wheeled out.
As Pogo listed, we have had a string of very crazy women on these forums. MS, Tag, Ann and Caso are/were all a few McNuggets short of a happy meal. It’s just a fact, that I was commenting on, it didn’t need white-knighting and it doesn’t mean I have women issues.
What also makes people look mental is selective fact picking. Pennisi is a rat with hearsay but DiNapoli is just an old man with a gambling charge. This is a dangerous game to play because selective adjectives and monikers loosely applied to fit a narrative is poor form and is what children, and adults with an agenda do. When you read the work of some of the great researchers on this site they don’t pepper their posts with comical and emotive characterisations to skew or slant the perspective.
I would quit with the amateur psychology and look a little closer to home at your biases and triggers.
Thanks.
If your going to sound intellectual please use words correctly in a sentence like effeminate and only if you use metaphors/analogies "mcnuggets short of a happy meal" is the first I heard of it to explain someones mental capacity and first I heard it ever! The only thing comical on here is you playing dr melfi on trying to dissect how someone feels the way they do about something. Hes passionate and may always be cheering for the mob guys to win, but so what. Hes not trying to be sometbing hes not.
