That guy told his FBI handlers that if he was ever “outed” as an informer then he would flee. That lady prosecutor Giacalone outed him, like she did to Johnson, because she wanted him to testify against Gotti. If my memory is correct, I think he took off with his wife after the revelation. It was in one of the Gotti books Capeci did in the 90s.
