Couldn't find much.

From 1875:
"The centers where the mafia is most manifested are Marsala, Mazzara, Castelvetrano, Salemi, S. Ninfa, Alcamo, Castellammare, Calatafimi and Vita, but at the head there are no people who have a high social position; however, I do not think it useless to add to this report a list in which the most dangerous mafia members are designated and which therefore are kept under the strictest surveillance." The list mostly consists of names from Palermo and Girgenti provinces, Trapani is more sparse and doesn't list any names from Alcamo. Or CDG either.

September 2, 1875: "In Alcamo (Trapani), assassination of the lottery receiver Costantino Antonino, and failed assassination of three customs guards."

December 6, 1875: "In Alcamo (Trapani), failed assassination of the public security delegate Mr. Lentini Vittoriano."

There was a book written about by a Sicilian in Alcamo who was around during the revolution and he stated (in 1860) that the "mafia reigned supreme in all social classes."

Not really helpful beyond providing direct evidence of its existence.

A recent boss is Ignazio Melodia.

The Mancusos of Alcamo were involved with the mafia both in the US and Sicily.

Using the US side as a reference there are plenty of connections with Alcamo in the Detroit and LA families though whether they can be connected to activities/relations in Sicily I'm not sure.
Mostly interested in bosses before Vincenzo Rimi.

I remember years ago there was this site: www.senzamemoria.wordpress.com , which seems to be either inactive or restricted to private now; the owner of the site started writing a book about the Alcamo mafia, called "Pane, pitittu e mafia" and made the first chapters available to the public, but unfortunately the book was never completed, as far as I know, but the compilation of the first 14 chapters is available for sale here:

https://ilmiolibro.kataweb.it/libro/sto ... e-mafia-2/

Unfortunately, I haven't saved the chapters back when the site was still accessible, but I remember there were some interesting stories about the mafia, including before the Rimi group took over.

It's in Italian though.

EDIT: it's available for reading online here too, but I am not sure if there are all the chapters, still it might be useful:
