Correct. Locascio was tried & convicted by a jury of 12 of his peers under the RICO Statute. That is the key to the whole thing.
Ohhh taking the side of the govt. That's all you do. Is go from post to post saying how great and flawless our justice system is. You have such a high opinion of the govt. They can do no wrong in your eyes. Eventhough far worse people have been released than him with longer sentences and stricter statutes
I'm actually heart broken over Locascio since he means so much to me in my life. I'm not sure If I will be able to sleep anymore.

Oh...Confederate. You're going to be surprised with what the Government said in Crea/Madonna, et al's sentencing memo in regards to the Jury's decision on a couple of charges. So, they're all dishonest. Just wait. You'll see when I finish that story up.

Even if that photo was never found, and not an issue of debate, the position of the government would be the same - Locascio received a life sentence and shouldn't be released. Whatever condition he is in now is beside the point.

I'm reading about the assholes on the fed side going nuts over the frankie locs compassionate release motion. Why - because when they raided Martino and Campos house they found a pic of the two of them with Frankie locs during a prison visit. lo and behold, it was nothing short of finding an actual commission meeting pic!

Listen assholes - when you have the # 3 person of any criminal organization in federal custody - simply ask the BOP to notify your office when they have a prison visit scheduled. Duh - then you can get into action and specify the visit is to take place in a certain room only. Duh - then you will have also have audio besides your pics and videos. Duh!

That pic was taken years ago when martino actually had some hair on his head. yet it is the main reason why they are urging denial of the release. Imagine the pics these investigating assholes missed out over the years involving terrorists, aryans, etc? Duh!
