I agree. Third party hearsay and a guy who originally fingered his FATHER as the hitman then 'changed his mind'. What. The. Fuck. Who heard Crea OR Madonna give any order? No-one. Just fucking 'talk' that they did from third party junkies. Beyond a reasonable doubt? What a joke.

DNA evidence and proof of prosecutors withholding evidence has been verified. To be for tough punishment is fine if its done evenly and to the right people, not some wrongfully convicted person.

Or when you consider how the banksters who crashed the world economy never faced any real penalty. Or the criminals who literally used fake evidence to invade Iraq. So much hypocrisy and bullshit from the government. Heroin is poison and this guy deserved to pay a harsh penalty, and he certainly did (28 years is no joke) so I'm glad that he's going back home to his family.

In addition, the people who sit back in their armchair & preach & complain about how "too many people are in prison" or "the death penalty should NEVER be used" are the same people who have never been victims of a serious crime & are usually always in favor of abortion at any time & also make Mafia psychopath killers their heroes. For example, no offense to anyone, but it was amusing to me to see all the sympathetic R.I.P. responses to the death of Sonny Franzese who had been involved in about 40 murders in his life. Anyway, that's just me.

The Innocent Project was produced by Barry Scheck, the same lawyer who claimed O.J. Simpson was innocent. That's all I need to know about it. It's a smokescreen argument by people who don't want the death penalty even if guilt is certain. A good 5 min video by PragerU on the prison issue - https://youtu.be/DUyUpkQpMEw One on the death penalty - https://youtu.be/8dnVZibrV6g

Anything over 20-25 years for non rape/murder/child molesting crimes is overkill. I’m all good on the government wasting our tax dollars on non violent offenders. Just watched this video yesterday for some bro who got 32 years for mortgage fraud and tax evasion. What a joke.

Plus we have The Innocence Project finding out that many who have been convicted of murder and rape were innocent. DNA and other technology proved it, some people did over 20 years before proving themselves not guilty. Child molesters and rapists should never be let out, unless they are so old and or sickly they are incapable of anything. The documentary At the Death House Door really challenged the way I thought about capital punishment. For most of my life I was all for it but once you realize how often innocent people have been executed, it’s hard to justify. There is no proof that innocent people are "often" executed. That is pure speculation & liberal propaganda. The Innocent Project was produced by Barry Scheck, the same lawyer who claimed O.J. Simpson was innocent. That's all I need to know about it. It’s not liberal propaganda but whatever. Prison reform is actually pretty popular across the American political spectrum. Conservatives, progressives, and libertarians largely agree on a lot of this stuff. The prison industrial complex is a just really powerful special interest group.
