Joseph Percoco involved in the buffalo billions case wants out . This was a very interesting case as Cuomo wasn't indicted and had this guy still having Carte Blanche to the governor's mansion and alot of its affairs after he retired . I have no idea how Cuomo isn't brought up on a single charge ? Mind boggling ! The GC on the project was indicted in the early 90s for racketeering, Labor racketeering etc. With members and associates of the Buffalo Mob and the totally corrupted Labor union and who's father was a high level member/associate of the Buffalo family. Cuomo skated big time on this case , I have no clue how ?
