FYI for the district/court that you are ordering from, the standard rate is $1.20 per page.

@500Year, it’s gonna cost an arm and a leg, my friend. Try asking for a specific day first and see what that comes to. I wouldn’t advise you ask for them all in one hit, because they don’t give you the tab until afterwards.

Stroccos, on PACER, I have found many transcripts and other pertinent documents across numerous cases, that are available to be downloaded.

In this particular case, those docket entries (for the transcripts) are unavailable to download.

So for the above reason, I have to contact the respective reporters about those dates. And yes I will pay for them and put it on the board for free.

The whole trial?

Am I missing something here?
it is public you have to pay the court reporter for the trancripts , you going to spend a few hundred and post it for free ?
if i recall correctly Vitale testifed for 6 or 7 days
if someone can figure out who to call and get the estimate i am sure the board would kick in to get it

I believe on the stand he said he was working at Walmarts or Target for minimum wage. Try one of those stores and ask him in person.

Agreed. Why isn't there also released wiretaps and files of older stuff either unredacted. It is bullshit.

If the transcripts were highlighted on the list and available to click and download, I would have posted them all to TBH last night.

I'm looking further into the matter on several fronts, JCB and Appleton. Thanks for the link.

500YearReign wrote: Fri Mar 20, 2020 4:41 am You'll need to get the trial transcripts.

Get the case number, federal docket.

Then take that to or call the court records division, at that courthouse and get the names and contact info of the court reporters on the court dates concerned.

Contact the respective court reporters and give them the dates, and docket #.

They will give you a price they charge for transcription, could be $175/hr or less depending on social engineering skills.

Good luck.
Reign I don't know about New York but could a request to the clerk of court (or whoever in NYC) for the recording from the court room itself yield what he wants at a lesser cost. All courtrooms are wired up with microphones called the Blue Man, they even pick up whispers. Unless it is some secret hearing whereby they don't want that information released I would think that is another way to go about acquiring the desired recorded information. They usually issue the request on a CD. Again unless I am wrong about this as it pertains to NYC. I have seen it in other jurisdictions and states.

The transcripts were not available to me on PACER. (To download)

Hope that helps to point you further in the right direction.
