More then likely if you get it you’ll be fine but the risk of transmission is extremely high 2 weeks you would be good but you may wind up killing your grandparents
Frankly, they have it coming.
Almost all of us are getting it . It’s actually the best thing LT to develop immunity while quarantining older & less healthy until we get treatment like we have with the flu. Once you get it your good.
The issue is health care capacity surge and if like in Italy they are letting 80+ year olds to die could lead to social disorder
It seems like we will be very short hospital beds & with NY 19% hospitalization rate this has a huge mess potential
What they ain’t telling people is obesity & high blood pressure are high risk ( as much as smoking ). Add people over 50 and our high risk population is huge ( our unhealthy diets will be a big problem )
50% of France ICU patients are under 60
Did someone really say frankly they have it coming ? I hope
You aren’t referring to what I think
There is going to be tons of blame to go around . Mainly Co closing hospitals for profit and using 90% of debt issuance and tax savings for massive stock buybacks that’s just bankrupted them due to greed and now the public has to bail them out ( Boeing did $100B in buybacks since 2016 instead of paying down debt )
If companies acted in the interest of the community in addition to shareholders we would have far more hospital beds , far stronger companies with lower debt that would of saved us 10+ Trillion not to mention the regular joe employee that’s downsized cuz the top stayed greedy and didn’t have a rainy day fund . Amazing Corp learned nothing from credit crisis. Sad
Yes, I said it about my grandparents as a sick joke, except they died 40 years ago.
