Right. Bobby Dominic knows that the Feds watch the place every day yet he insists on running escorts out of the hotel rooms right above the dive bar right in front of the Feds on Camera but the Feds can't see it.

Albie wasn’t there. He is never there late at night. If he’s there, it’s usually the afternoon and early evening. Now it’s a possibility that Bobby was there but I doubt it. He’s usually at the end of the bar if he’s there.

As for escorts out of the rooms on top, I doubt it. If there is prostitution, it’s the crack heads that live there doing it for $20 a pop.

Did you notice how the article called Richard's Bar a "Dive" about 3 times? From looking at the outside and based upon the story of the Mexican getting stabbed, it looks like a dive shithole to me. As far as the Detectives getting a cut from gambling, You must be thinking of New York because besides the Outfit having one foot in the grave already, The Grand Avenue guys that are left are 2nd story men (Robbers). lol
