As I was typing my last message, I realized that I probably could double-check that B number for you.it does belong to Toddo Marino of the Genovese.

Unless the NYPD restarted their number scheme, that B number would likely be for an individual who would probably be deceased by now. (ie. a late 1910s or early 1920s first arrest).
