The only Dominick Carlucci I know of had a social club on 68th Street and 14th Avenue in Brooklyn (Bensonhurst). They called him "Little Dom". His club was once site of a murder I think Sessa gave testimony on. Carlucci died in 1993. There has never been a Dominick Carlucci who was a Genovese capo, I don´t know where that mistake originates from. "Little" Dom was tied to the Colombo Family. He was possibly made, but I´m not sure. Could have been just an associate.
