I looked into this but couldn't find too much , Only that the Custodians union was corrupt as hell and taken over eventually by Deblasio after a few different indictments over the years regarding bid rigging , Embezzlement of budgetary funds , Bribes, Kickbacks ,Nepotism , Farming out contracts to outside vendors for services etc...And the Custodians and Janitors wonder why they have no say anymore and Union strength and backing .
