This is about the 3rd or 4th time IRS agents/Officials posed as Russian buyers in different cases OC and Non OC in greater New England and they fall for it over n over again . That guy up there they call the Codfather who's Portuguese and owned every fishing boat, The IRS did the very same thing and had him showing a 2nd set of books and bragging on recordings of his power etc..
