This guy here and Joe Scooch were brothers. He is not the father of Sonny Red since their YOB doesnt match. They could be related though possibly cousins or 2nd cousins but havent found anythimg that confirms it.
Actually I take that back. Looks like there is a match of YOB for Sonny Red´s father and this Anthony Indelicato (murdered in 1933). But if newspaper accounts are correct, this Anthony Indelicato was living with his brother in law one Thomas Rocco at 126 Elizabeth Street, NYC and probably single. A quick census check show that Sonny Red´s father (named Tony, birthname most probably Anthony or Antonio) lived with wife and two children at 212 Grand Street, NYC. (1930 census record).
