Thanks pal...... after dropping you the last note, I got ambitious.... I pulled together my research for Buster Aloi. I’m gonna post it in a few minutes ok.
Please review it if you can, I’m curious as to your thoughts. ....... and if u can get around to do one on his son Vincent, that would be very cool.
Another interesting guy to me.... very interesting actually, is Salvatore Profaci - Joe’s Son!

IF we could get a profile on him, I think readers would really enjoy it! ..... I’d even be willing to collaborate on a Profaci project if you’re interested ok!

Hey Maxie, I won’t make any promises but I definitely agree an Aloi writeup would be interesting. And yes, I 100% recommend Larry Mazza’s autobiography. It’s such a great inside look into Greg Scarpa and his powerful crew and the Third Colombo War.

Hi Gohn... I actually have a request for you. If you can, at one point see if you could do a story on Vincent Aloi.... he was another very interesting guy (or his dad Buster Aloi).... Classic! .... since you’re doing Colombo family guys ok. I’m sure you’ll do an excellent story line. Thank you for any consideration you give my request

I see you reference Larry Mazza’s Book a lot. It’s one of the few books I’ve never read. .... think I’m gonna purchase it after reading your story. Sounds very interesting. Do you recommend it?

Supposedly the Maglioccos were on the sidelines during the War but were, If I remember correctly according to Scarpa they were supporting the Orena faction financially

Awesome write up on Sessa. Never knew Sessa was tied to Lorenzo Mannino or anyone else from 18th ave.

Another name who I never ever see anywhere, In any reports or articles is Ambrose Magliocco who's father was the one time boss Magliocco who was into the liquor biz bigtime, He owns cafes and used to own Maggie's on Park in Massapequa a restaurant that closed a year or 2 ago, He has other interests in restaurants and big stake in the Wine and Liquor industry owning Alpine liquors and a few other liquor distribution biz's . "Supposedly" Hes made , Dont know how true that is ? Another name who is rarely ever mentioned is Johnny "Arrow" Magliocco owner of Arrow linen ny . It would be nice to get some information on these guys, Theres really nothing out there

Pasquale Fusco.... aka Checko Brown (Checko means donkey in Italian btw).... to my knowledge was NO relations, he mostly hung around Burke as you say, Vario, Lombardo, and that whole crew (possible but improbable)

Thank you Maxie! I love the support, and I could definitely do a report on Anthony Russo also I feel it would overlap a lot with a writeup I'm currently doing on Big Anthony's close friend and criminal associate Francis Guerra.
I look forward to reading them!...... and btw: whoever made you site design did one hell of a nice job!

There was also a Pasquale Fusco, a key associate of the Long Island faction close to the Alois. He is most well known because of his partnership with Jimmy Burke. Some articles identified him as a member though I've never seen reliable confirmation that he was made. He ended up operating out of Florida and died in the mid-1980s. A nephew was also an associate, though not named Phil and not sure if he remained involved. I haven't been able to find any links between these Fuscos and Dick Fusco/sons, but would be interesting to know if Phil is connected to either one.

Site is coming along great.

NYNighthawk wrote: Thu Jul 04, 2019 8:06 pm Phil Fusco must be related to Richard" Nerves" Fusco who was in the famous Westchester premier Theater case photo with SInatra. Fusco ended up being the family consiglieri before he died.
Yep, a poster on this forum was first to theorize that Phil LNU named in a 2011 indictment as being proposed for induction was Phil Fusco. The same poster, Bklyn, also noted that Phil Fusco owned a Colombo/Gambino hangout known as the Aurora Cafe, only a stone's throw away from other notable mob hangouts in the region like Lorenzo Mannino's restaurant and the Banner Social Club. I did a business records search and found that Philip Fusco was indeed the cafe's owner.

Although, recent court filings obtained by Stroccos have revealed that the Phil LNU proposed for induction was a man by the name of Phil Sciaratta.
