You can look at the federal prosecutor websites for the Southern District, Eastern District, and Jersey and these black and/or Hispanic gang drug (mainly retail) busts are endless.
There's a black poster on GBB who's often tried to argue that street gangs are more diversified than they're given credit for and then run off to find the exception that proves the rule. But if you look at the cases, while there may occasionally be a fraud charge, a prostitution charge, a robbery charge, etc. in the mix, 90% of them are drugs and weapons charges.
