as Pogo said Scarfo jr was made yrs earlier. I believe that Little Joe and His Dad were made around the same time I think. Carlo Taccetta was also made many yrs ago as well. Probably when the Taccetta's held more sway before the Perna's took over due to their large Sports Book money. Big $$$. 2.2Billion in placed bets in 15mos. You figure they could Net anywhere from 3-8% of that

No. Ralph Perna was made in 2005. Scarfo Jr. was made a few years earlier (late 90s/early 2000s).

Anyone know anything about him? Made? Just connected? From NJ (Nutley I believe) and connected to the Luccheses like the rest of them. Goes by "Mikey Blue Eyes" or "Mikey With the Bright Blue Eyes."

Any help is greatly appreciated.
