That's assuming that it still exists at all. IIRC Cali (maybe Cefalu too) was on parole when it was reported in 2013. We haven't heard anything about it since then. We have very little to go on with that.
It seemed cefalu and cali installed the panel due to the leaks about family drama to the media. Around that time the media was in a frenzy about how cali was supposed to be the family’s next boss. Shortly afterwards the ruling panel was established. The panel could’ve been temporary, but idk.
