What an embarrassment for Boston's FBI office...out of all the "true Godfather's" over time, guys like Gambino, Patriarca, Genovese, Gigante etc...and this halitosis ridden scumbag Whitey Bulger had the ability to corrupt an entire team of FBI handlers? Unbelievable.
