How do I upload an avatar? Every time I try to it says that the image has to be 300 x 300 pixels.

Hey dude, what the robot is trying to say is that the image is too big lol, so... no stress!

Upload your image, and resize it at 300x300 (maximum), you can resize to 159x158, 122x33 etc etc... AS YOU WANT as Kurt Cobain said.
