well, Lorenzo Mannino is in the same pic of this guy, they were probably in the same table so we can even think they are related, Lorenzo Mannino has some relatives living in the Usa and some of them are connected.

That's what i was thinking; possibly a cousin or something. It's possible he's not even involved in the mafia as i doubt everyone there was if it was a family event. That would explain why he's unknown: just another possibility.
