When Jo Jo Pecora came home from his stretch in Lexington, he was employed by Wango Caprizzi as a Las Vegas Junket sales man.
However he couldn't go to Vegas as a convicted felon. Henry also ran junkets to Vegas, but he went with his junkets ;)

John DiFronzo owns a lot of real estate and had/has a lot of car dealerships. Pete DiFronzo and Joe Andriacchi have been involved in construction for year and years.

I thought Gotti was a Plumbing Supplies Sales or a Plumbing Merchant rather than a Plumber.

Andrew Gigante had pieces of some waterfront companies but I don't recall him being a union rep. Chin's other son, Vincent Esposito, worked at one of the waste trade associations.
