What happened became of Harlem's organized crime after Frank Lucas and Nicky Barnes turned informant

After the decline of both Frank Lucas and Nicky Barnes in the 80s respectively, what or who would've filled the massive power vacuum in the town that was first built by the likes of Bumpy Johnson and Madame St. Clair

Most likely the crews who were selling in different blocks all went and found different suppliers and went independent

James Jackson took over what was left of the Nicky Barnes/Guy Fisher org. A Leroy Butler took over Frank Lucas' area. A crop of younger dealers sprang up Stevie baker, West Indian Chuck, Cisco Kid, Kevin Chiles and a teenage crew of kids "L.A", "Do Wop" and "Craig O" and plenty others. The harlem dope game has always had notorious figures. You can look on youtube abput alot of that stuff, the 80s era is well documented.
